If our Wedding Dress Insurance is purchased and you decide to return your wedding dress, you will be fully reimbursed for the cost of your wedding dress minus the cost of the wedding dress insurance and any return shipping over $25.

How long do I have to Return the Wedding Dress?
You must contact us 5 days after you receive your wedding dress to inform us that you are returning your wedding dress to us.
The dress must be shipped to us no later than 10 days after receiving it.

Can I Return a Wedding Dress that I have Worn at my Wedding?
NO, to receive a full refund, all returned wedding dresses must be in new and unused condition. Any dress that is not in its original state will have a 75% restocking fee applied, and the purchased insurance will not be refundable and considered void.
